the desolate planet we know so well,
the seas, carbon and nucleotides, genes, proteins, tubules and cells,
the relentless struggle for self-creation, tossed and toppled countless times,
cells seeking out cells…
the ‘offer’… the ‘confirmation’… and the transcendental ‘handshake’…
sparks of reality…
and the bundled wonder we ‘think’ to think , never answering,
but never stops questioning either,
crushing and humbling me back to the atemporal fluctuations in vacuum.
